Liverpool and Chelsea were the winners in a historic week for the English game as both European Finals were contested by teams from the same country for the first time ever.
Liverpool played Tottenham in the Champions League Final in Madrid and Chelsea played Arsenal in the Europa League Final in Baku, with Liverpool beating Tottenham 2-1 and Chelsea beating Arsenal 4-1.
Liverpool and Chelsea will now meet in the Super Cup in August.
