As the only wholly foreign-invested consumer finance company in China and with a focus on brand building and government relations there was a unique opportunity to be a first mover in aligning and supporting President Xi Jinping’s ambitious football manifesto to 2050 including his desire to host – and win – a World Cup.

The sponsorship sees Home Credit become a key part of the Chinese Super League (CSL) supporting Beijing Guoan, Shandong Luneng, Tianjin Teda and Jiangsu Suning and working together on a multi-year basis on a series of branding building and CSR initiatives to grow football popularity and participation in China.
