The Premier League has unveiled a new integrated campaign to promote equality and diversity in football, titled This Is Everyone’s Game. The announcement is part of the League’s celebration of Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces initiative, which first launched in 2013, which sees Premier League clubs come together to champion the LGBT community in sport.

The new campaign, which launched today (30th November), will run until Wednesday 5th December and sees all Premier League matches featuring bespoke Rainbow Laces pitch flag, ball plinth, handshake board and substitution boards; LED boards will also highlight the campaign. Whilst rainbow coloured captain’s armbands and laces will be available for players.

The Premier League itself rebranded to coincide with the campaign the Premier League logo transformed into rainbow colours with accompanying text to promote that football is for everyone. The league will also push the campaign across print, out-of-home, digital and social channels for the duration.

Premier League Managing Director Richard Masters said: “This campaign promotes a message that is extremely important to the Premier League and our clubs – football is for everyone. Our clubs already do fantastic work to support equality and diversity across the sport and we are proud to be celebrating Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces initiative.”
