This week Tottenham Hotspur signed a 15-year extension with kit supplier, Nike. The new multi-year agreement will run to at least 2033 and is worth in the region of £30m per-year.
The new deal now represents one of the longest of its kind in Nike’s history and follows on from the initial contract signed in the summer of 2017.
In a statement from club chairman, Daniel Levy, he spoke about the number of new deals Spurs had signed stating: ‘We have also announced a number of new brand partners including, amongst several others, Audi, IWC Schaffhausen, HPE and EA Sports.’ These new deals and partnership extensions put Spurs in a strong commercial position ahead of their move to the new stadium.
Tottenham had hoped to begin life in their new 62,000-seater stadium in August, however delays have meant that home games have been staged at Wembley Stadium while work is completed at the new site.
