PSG have unveiled their new range in collaboration with Jordan, including a kits featuring the iconic Jumpman logo. These kits will be exclusively worn in the Champions League and will be debuted next week when PSG take on Liverpool at Anfield.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi said: “We share many values with Jordan Brand, which is known worldwide for its sporting heritage and exciting contemporary designs. We believe it is a partnership which will excite our fans, help us to reach new audiences and enhance our global reach.”

Nike continue to identify ways to make official team apparel have mass appeal to consumers outside of a particular fanbase. Football kits are now being seen by manufacturers as fashion statements and leisurewear items and not just something to wear on matchday or during sporting activity.

Originally it was believed that the Jumpman logo would be replacing the Eiffel Tower on the PSG crest. However, it’s the Nike Swoosh that makes way on the official kits. Whilst the Jumpman features in the crest on other items in the drop.
