English Clubs have made European history by making the final four spots in both major European competitions.

Tottenham and Liverpool will meet in the Champions League Final in Madrid after heroic comebacks against Ajax and Barcelona, whilst Chelsea and Arsenal will meet in the Europa League Final in Baku after defeating Eintracht Frankfurt and Valencia this week.

It's the first time that the four final spots in the major competitions in Europe have all been taken by clubs from the same country.

After England's great World Cup run in the summer, the English game has been on the rise with Manchester City breaking European domestic league records and now all 4 European finalists being English clubs.
